“Before I started coaching with Barbi my life was a lot more stressful. I got headaches multiple times a week and felt overwhelmed with my job and home life. I didn’t feel healthy and was tired a lot. I didn’t have the tools to address all these aspects in my life so that I felt balanced and organized. I needed help understanding what wasn’t serving me and how I could make changes in my life to improve my day to day attitude. Overall, my life was great before coaching but I knew I was missing some training and knowledge to help me move forward, learn and grow into an even better version of myself.

My experience with Barbi was fantastic. She really listened to me and the issues I was having in my life and gave me so many tools to help me move through them. She helped me identify the specific sources of stress in my life, both personal and work, which made it more manageable to handle. She taught me strategies for dealing with the stress and specific ways to talk to people who might not think the same way I do. She helped me set goals every week that were very achievable and helped reduce the sense of being overwhelmed. I set timers to focus, I set boundaries with coworkers and delegated tasks to lower my load of responsibilities. I gave myself time to breath, slow down and be mindful, knowing that self care needed to be my top priority. She helped me achieve a healthier balance between work and personal life through practical tools, mindset shifts and tailored guidance to create a more fulfilling and manageable lifestyle.

My life is so different now. Thanks to Barbi I now have specific tools and strategies to lower my stress and get through my days a lot happier. I quit my job and moved onto a much different and more fulfilling career. My headaches have decreased significantly and overall I’m a lot happier. She showed me the strength I always had and the confidence to move on with my life and start a new career. I can now handle my workload in a professional manner with the time management tools and prioritization techniques she taught me. I’m now more aware of my strengths and areas of growth. That self-awareness gave me a better understanding of my limits and capabilities allowing me to navigate life with greater confidence.

This experience has really opened my eyes to the differences in peoples personalities and how they operate. Barbi helped me understand myself better, by realizing what personality type I am and the personality types of the people I work with and live with. This was a huge stepping stone for me to learn the differences and how to handle specific situations. I now talk to my husband differently and it has helped in our home life so much.
